lunch #4 – veggie buffet

I was initially going to include carrots with the veggies in this lunch, but turns out I cut up more cucumber than I thought. Oh well. Carrots aren’t going anywhere.


– cucumber spears and red bell pepper pieces, with a Mini Dipper of roasted garlic hummus
– pepperjack string cheese
– peanut butter energy bar
– salami
– grapes

I suppose one of these days I should try hummus. It would make my life simpler if I liked more things.
